摘要
数字化、信息化和智能化是助力创新创业教育高质量发展的核心动能。目前高校用于双创教育的数据平台主要分为论文期刊库、数字课程库、业务管理库和媒体资讯库,在大学生双创能力培养急需的项目、竞赛、团队和资源等方面存在数据顶层体系不实、数据主体协同不够、数据资源共享不畅和数据价值挖掘不深等痛点问题。基于大学生科技产品“低成本、快迭代、可持续”的精益研发理念,以高校双创教育数字平台建设为研究对象,通过程序化扎根理论方法,构建了高校双创教育数字平台的“火箭”模式,即以“学生→创客→创业者→企业家”阶梯递进的人才链为“头”,以“创新创意化→创意专利化→专利样机化→样机产品化→产品商品化”循序渐进的实践链为“体”,以“技术型数据+资源型数据”同频共振的数据链为“两翼”,以“物理层+通讯层+计算层+安全层+机制层”五层协同的保障链为“燃料舱”,以期为高校双创人才培养、双创教育数字化转型升级提供理论参考。
Digitalization,informatization and intellectualization are the core driving forces for the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.At present,the data platforms used by universities for mass entrepreneurship education are mainly divided into paper and periodical database,digital course database,business management database and media information database.In the aspects of projects,competition projects,teamwork and resources urgently needed for the training of college students’entrepreneurship and innovation ability,there are such pain points as imperfect data platform system,insufficient collaboration of data and subjects,poor sharing of data resources,and insufficient mining of data value.Based on the product-driven research on“low cost,fast iteration and sustainable”of college students’science and technology products,taking the construction of digital entrepreneurship and innovation education platform in universities as the research object,the“rocket”model of digital entrepreneurship and innovation education platform in universities is constructed by program-based Grounded theory:The progressive talent chain of“students→makers→start-up entrepreneurs→Great entrepreneurs”is the“head”,the progressive practice chain of“innovative ideas→competitive patents→principle prototype→creative production→product commercialization”as the“body”,the data chain of“technology-based data+resource-based data”as the“two wings”,the five-layer coordinated security chain of“physical layer+communication layer+computing layer+security layer+mechanism layer”is taken as the“fuel tank”,which could provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities and the digital transformation and upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
