摘要
目的探讨公共卫生管理在传染病预防工作中的作用。方法选取2020年12月—2022年12月青岛市即墨区卫生健康局城区疾病预防控制工作站160名医务人员,经随机数表法分为两组,各80名。其中对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用公共卫生管理模式,比较组间管理人员传染病防控能力、医务人员满意度。结果观察组的医务人员传染病防控能力(传染病预警、传染病控制、传染病宣教、传染病处理)均强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对传染病进行预防中,进行公共卫生管理作用明显,能使体检者对传染病形成新认识,提高人员控制能力。
Objective To explore the role of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases.Methods From December 2020 to December 2022,a total of 160 medical staff in Urban Disease Prevention and Control Workstation of Jimo District Health Bureau of Qingdao were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group adopted the public health management mode.The ability of managers to prevent and control infectious diseases and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The ability of infectious disease prevention and control(infectious disease early warning,infectious disease control,infectious disease education,and infectious disease treatment)of medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Public health management plays an obvious role in the prevention of infectious diseases,which can form a new understanding of infectious diseases and improve personnel control ability.
