摘要
目的对门诊中药房饮片调配常见差错进行分析,并对中药处方点评干预效果进行评价,为降低中药房饮片调配差错提供参考。方法回顾性选取2022年1—6月胶州市中医院门诊开具的中药饮片处方1200张,作为参照组,给予常规管理;同时,本院于2022年7月起加强中药饮片处方点评工作,选取2022年7—12月本院开具的中药饮片处方1200张,作为观察组,统计两组调配差错发生情况,分析中药处方点评干预效果。结果门诊中药饮片调配常见差错包括调配剂量不准确等,观察组调配差错发生率为0.67%低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组工作人员工作质量评分显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊中药房饮片调配过程中予以中药处方点评干预,可提高防范意识,了解饮片调配常见的差错类型,减少调配差错率,促进调配质量提升,确保患者用药安全。
Objective To analyze the common errors in the dispensing of tablets in outpatient traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pharmacies and evaluate the effect of the TCM prescription review intervention,in order to provide a reference for reducing the errors in the dispensing of tablets in TCM pharmacies.Methods A total of 1200 prescriptions of TCM pieces issued by the outpatient Jiaozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to June 2022 were retrospectively selected as the reference group and given routine management.At the same time,the hospital strengthened the evaluation of prescriptions for TCM preparations from July 2022,and 1200 prescriptions for TCM preparations issued from July to December 2022 as an observation group,the occurrence of dispensing errors in the two groups were analyzed,and the intervention effect of TCM prescription review was analyzed.Results The common errors in dispensing traditional Chinese medicine pieces in outpatient department included inaccurate dispensing dose,etc.The dispensing error rate of observation group was 0.67%,which was lower than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work quality score of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments during the preparation of decoction pieces in outpatient Chinese medicine pharmacies can improve prevention awareness,understand the common types of errors in preparation of decoction pieces,reduce the preparation error rate,promote the improvement of preparation quality,and ensure the safety of patient medication.
