摘要
[研究目的]场域理论作为经典的社会实践理论,其理论框架与情报工作具有一定的契合性,从场域理论角度对情报工作中的政治化问题进行剖析梳理,对于该问题的理论创新与策略探讨具有现实意义。[研究方法]情报政治化本质上是情报权力的失范,表现为情报权力的弃用与滥用。采用跨学科研究法,借鉴场域理论“场域”“资本”和“惯习”三个核心视角分析政治化主体背后的实践逻辑,系统分析其产生机理,并对矫正路径的可行性进行研讨。[研究结论]场域理论背景下,情报政治化是场域独立缺失、资本争夺、惯习潜沉共同作用的结果,在此基础上,可以从重构情报决策场域边界、加强情报体制机制创新、明确价值导向、引入技术搭建决策情报系统等方面对情报政治化进行防范与矫正。
[Research purpose]As a classical social practice theory,the theoretical framework of field theory is consistent with intelligence.It is of practical significance to analyze intelligence politicization from the perspective of field theory for theoretical innovation and strategy discussion.[Research method]The intelligence politicization is essentially the anomie of intelligence power,which is manifested as the abandonment and abuse of intelligence power.Taking interdisciplinary research method,this research analyzes the practical logic behind the political subject from the three core perspectives of field theory"field","capital"and"habitus",by systematically analyzing its generation mechanism,and discussing the feasibility of the correction paths.[Research conclusion]Under the background of field theory,intelligence politicization is the result of the absence of field independence,capital competition and habit sinking.Given this,intelligence politicization can be prevented and corrected by reconstructing the field boundary of intelligence from decision-making,strengthening the innovation of intelligence system and mechanism,clarifying the value orientation,and introducing technology to build the decision-making intelligence system.
