摘要
针对我国当前历史建筑档案资料不全、数字化和动态监管水平普遍较低等问题,依托青岛历史城区保护更新工作,应用新型测绘技术和新一代信息技术开展了历史建筑数字化采集、动态监测预警等研究。选取青岛栈桥王子饭店作为示范建筑,基于倾斜实景三维、激光扫描、BIM等技术生成历史建筑数字三维档案,在此基础上利用倾斜、裂缝、沉降和振动等传感器,构建包括数据感知、传输及预警分析于一体的历史建筑长期安全健康监测系统,有效地提升了历史建筑保护管理水平。
Aiming at the problems of incomplete archives,low level of digitalization and dynamic supervision of historical buildings,relying on the protection and updating work of Qingdao historical city,this paper has carried out research on digital collection,dynamic monitoring and early warning of historical buildings by using new surveying and mapping technology and new generation information technology.Select Qingdao Zhanqiao Pier Prince Hotel as a demonstration buildings,based on tilt realistic 3D,laser scanning,BIM and other technologies generated digital 3D archives of historical buildings.On this basis,sensors such as tilt,crack,settlement and vibration are used to construct a long-term safety and health monitoring system for historical buildings,including data perception,transmission and early warning analysis,which effectively promotes the protection management level of historical buildings.
