摘要
“研究”是博物馆的基本职能之一,目前作用发挥不够充分,是制约我国博物馆高质量发展的短板之一。湖南博物院以文物博物馆事业高质量发展为重点,积极探索组织管理、科研制度、人才培养、激励机制、科研平台等实践办法,不断完善博物馆科研管理制度体系,发挥科研单位的作用。同时,湖南博物院积极借鉴其他科研单位的先进经验,合理做法,开启建设研究型博物馆的进程。在积累实践办法的基础上,寻求一条适用于新时代博物馆高质量发展的科研管理体系建设路径,为全国博物馆做好科研工作贡献湖南经验。
Research is one of the basic functions of museums and also one of the shortcomings that currently constrains the high-quality development of museums in China.After being catalogued as a research institution,the Hunan Museum has been actively exploring and practicing in domains of organizational management,research system,talent cultivation,incentive mechanism,and research platform,aiming at the high-quality development of museum sector.In the process of building research-oriented museums,it has been found that there are policy and self-development differences between museums and other research institutions.The Hunan Museum continues to explore the building path of a scientific research management system suitable for museum high-quality development today.It is also dedicated to offer experiences in scientific research to museums all around China.
