基于FAHP-改进TOPSIS法的慢行交通服务质量评价研究

摘要 利用调研数据构建了1个多层次、多指标、主客观相结合的综合评价体系,提出了1种基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和绝对理想解改进优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)相结合的城市慢行交通系统服务质量评价方法.该评价方法结合文献和专家打分利用FAHP确定了各项指标权重,并通过引入绝对理想解改进传统TOPSIS法,解决了传统TOPSIS法中存在的逆序问题,扩大了TOPSIS法的适用范围.最后进行实际案例验证,通过对比8条道路整治前和整治后的评价结果验证了该评价方法的有效性.该评价方法减少了主观因素的影响,增强了其实用性,可为后续的城市慢行交通系统服务质量评价提供一定参考. Based on the survey data,this paper constructs a multi-level,multi-index,subjective and objective integrated comprehensive evaluation system,this paper proposes a new method for evaluating the service quality of urban non-motorized transportation system based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and improved technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)with absolute ideal solution.The evaluation method determines the weight of each index by using FAHP combined with literature and expert scoring,and improves the traditional TOPSIS method by introducing the absolute ideal solution,which solves the reverse order problem existing in the traditional TOPSIS method,the scope of application of TOPSIS method is expanded.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method by comparing the evaluation results before and after the renovation of 8 roads.The evaluation method reduces the influence of subjective factors and enhances its practicability,which can provide some reference for the following evaluation of urban slow traffic service quality.
