摘要
食品安全管理是食堂管理的重要内容,优化机关单位食品安全管理措施,是降低食品安全事件发生率,保障机关单位职工身体健康及生命安全的重要举措,与机关单位自身发展的稳定性、长效性关系密切。本文分析了当前机关单位食堂食品安全管理中管理模式及方法、原材料检测与控制、管理制度及监管体系以及加工流程及方法4个方面存在的问题,并针对性地提出了加强食品安全管理的可行性措施,旨在为机关单位食堂食品安全管理优化工作提供思路,从而提高机关单位综合管理的整体水平。
Food safety management is an important part of canteen management.Optimizing food safety management measures is an important measure to reduce the incidence of food safety incidents and protect the health and life safety of employees of organs and units,which is closely related to the stability and long-term development of organs and units.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the management mode and method,raw material testing and control,management system and supervision system,processing process and method in the current food safety management of government canteens,and puts forward feasible measures to strengthen food safety management,aiming at providing ideas for optimizing the food safety management in the canteens of government agencies,so as to improve the overall level of comprehensive management of government agencies.
