摘要
我校的教务系统仅可以输出两种固定格式的实验室课表。实验室管理人员每次使用需要逐个翻看,容易出错。对此,系统实现了在不改变原有设计和角色的情况下,利用其输出的实验室课表,先通过原始数据转换程序将数据转换到数据库,然后利用Excel显示可筛选的动态汇总的综合排课表。该设计操作简单、方便、扩展好,管理人员利用该系统导出的结果可以轻松掌握整个实验室的占用情况,从而提高实验室管理工作效率。该系统可以推广到学校其他实验室、教学楼管理工作中,具有一定的实用性、先进性和推广价值。
The educational administration system of our university can only output laboratory schedule in two fixed format.Every time when need schedule,managers must look through it one by one,which easily make mistakes.For the above problem,the system implements the data conversion to the database through the original data conversion program without changing the original design and role,then pull out the filtered and dynamically summarized data and show it in Excel by.This design is simple,convenient and expandable.By using the results derived from this system,managers can easily know the occupancy of all laboratories,improves the efficiency of laboratory management.This system can be extended to the management of laboratories and teaching buildings in our university,and has certain practicability,progressiveness and promotion value.
