摘要
非遗产业价值转移是非遗产品供给主体经营策略动态适应需求变化导致市场价值转移的经济现象。非遗产业价值转移运行模式体现在非遗产品的创作和生产、传播和接受、消费和参与等环节。产业技术进步、消费需求升级、产业政策导向、传承人理念更新构成非遗产业价值转移的驱动机制。基于政策、人才、载体、服务4个方面,提出加强非遗产业价值转移行政指导、构建非遗产业价值转移人才体系、打造非遗产业价值转移平台、提升非遗产业价值转移效率等创新策略。
Value transfer of intangible cultural heritage industry means the economic phenomenon of market value transfer caused by the business strategy of intangible cultural heritage product suppliers dynamically adapt to demand change.The operation mode of intangible cultural heritage industry value transfer is reflected in the creation and production,dissemination and acceptance,consumption and participation of intangible cultural heritage products.Industrial technological progress,consumer demand upgrading,industrial policy orientation and inheritor concept updating constitute the driving mechanism of intangible cultural heritage industrial value transfer.Based on the four aspects of policy,talent,carrier and service,innovative strategies such as strengthening administrative guidance for value transfer of intangible cultural heritage industry,constructing talent system for value transfer of intangible cultural heritage industry,creating value transfer platform of intangible cultural heritage industry,and improving value transfer efficiency of intangible cultural heritage industry are put forward.
