摘要
为了解决建筑施工铝合金模板与花篮式悬挑脚手架安装产生的系列冲突,以实际工程为例,建立主体结构、花篮式悬挑脚手架及铝模的BIM模型,对悬挑脚手架的悬挑主梁排布、外墙K板的位置、悬挑板的预留孔洞定位、预埋套管和螺栓的固定等进行了优化,有效解决了铝合金模板、主体结构与花篮式悬挑脚手架的碰撞冲突;通过模拟施工、可视化交底,降低了工程无效成本,提高了施工效率。
In order to solve the series of conflicts caused by the installation of aluminum alloy formwork and flower basket type overhanging scaffold in building construction,this paper establishes the BIM model of the main structure,flower basket type overhanging scaffold and aluminum mold of an actual project,optimizes the layout of cantilever main beam of cantilever scaffold,the location of exterior wall K plate,the positioning of reserved holes of cantilever board,the fixation of embedded casing and bolts,effectively solved the collision and conflict between aluminum alloy formwork,main structure and flower basket cantilever scaffold,and reduced the invalid cost of the project and improved the construction efficiency through simulation construction and visualization.
