摘要
采用P·O42.5水泥、粉煤灰、石灰石超细粉、矿粉以及外加剂为原料制备水泥基粘结砂浆。采用正交试验确定水泥基胶凝材料的最优配合比,研究淀粉醚对纤维素醚取代率和膨胀剂对水泥基粘结砂浆的性能影响,并利用XRD和SEM分析水化产物和微观形貌,研究外加剂的作用机理。结果表明,m(水泥)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(矿粉)∶m(石灰石超细粉)=22∶4∶4∶5时,水泥基胶凝材料的性能最优;淀粉醚适量取代纤维素醚可以增强砂浆保水性,提高砂浆强度,减少收缩;少量膨胀剂可以提高砂浆的早期强度,增加掺量则降低早期强度,提高砂浆后期强度。制备的水泥基粘结砂浆符合JC/T 890—2017《蒸压加气混凝土墙体专用砂浆》的要求。
P·O42.5 cement,fly ash,limestone superfine powder,mineral powder and admixtures were used as raw materials to prepare cementitious mortar.The orthogonal test was used to determine the optimum ratio of cement-based cementitious materials,and the effects of starch ether on cellulose ether substitution rate and expansion agent on the performance of cementitious mortar were investigated,the hydration products and microscopic morphology were analyzed by XRD and SEM respectively,and the mechanism of action of additives was studied.The results showed that the performance of cement-based cementitious materials was opti-mal when the mass ratio of cement,fly ash,mineral powder and limestone ultrafine powder was 22 ∶4∶4∶5;the appropriate amount of starch ether instead of cellulose ether could enhance the water retention of mortar,increase the strength of mortar and improve the shrinkage;a small amount of expansive agent could improve the early strength of mortar,and an increased amount of admixture could reduce the early strength and improve the later strength of mortar.The finally prepared cement-based bonded mortar meet the requirements of JC/T 890—2017 "Special Mortar for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Wall".
