摘要
目的:探究膝关节骨关节炎患者应用针灸治疗对NRS、症状体征积分及疗效和安全性影响。方法:选取膝关节骨关节炎患者136例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗;观察组给予针灸治疗;对比两组治疗前和治疗1个月后疼痛程度、生活质量、炎症因子指标和不良反应变化;分析患者膝关节疼痛变化与膝关节功能的相关性。结果:治疗1个月,两组疼痛评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组患者在疼痛程度、炎症因子、Lysholm评分和WOMAC评分均改善,且观察组改善程度显著更优(P<0.05);两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05);pearson相关性分析,结果显示二者呈现显著负相关(r=-0.940,P<0.001)。结论:对膝关节骨关节炎患者应用针灸治疗,可明显改善患者的NRS疼痛评分,改善患者的膝关节功能,提升患者临床治疗效果,且不会增加不良反应的发生风险,临床安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture treatment applied to Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)patients on NRS,symptom and sign scores,and efficacy and safety.Methods 136 patients with KOA who were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table.The control group was treated by oral glucosamine sulfate capsule;The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion;The changes of pain degree,quality of life,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 1 month;To analyze the correlation between knee joint pain and knee joint function.Results After 1 month of treatment,pain scores decreased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 1 month of treatment,both groups improved in pain level,inflammatory factors,Lysholm score and WOMAC score,and the observation group improved significantly better(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse effects between the two groups(P>0.05);pearson correlation analysis,the results showed a significant negative correlation(r=-0.940,P<0.001).Conclusion Applying acupuncture treatment to KOA patients can significantly improve patients'NRS pain scores,improve patients'knee function,and enhance patients'clinical treatment effect without increasing the risk of adverse reactions,with high clinical safety.
