摘要
为解决通风空调风管三通气动噪声过大,无法保证良好作业环境的问题,开展对其噪声数值的模拟和降噪方案的设计研究。通过基于混合仿真法的通风空调风管三通气动噪声数值仿真、建立通风空调风管物理模型与网格划分、设置边界条件与数值模拟结果,实现噪声的数值模拟。通过控制流量比恒定优化入口速度、控制入口速度恒定优化流量比,制定降噪方案,促进通风空调风管三通气动噪声降低,提升作业环境整体质量。
In order to solve the problem of excessive dynamic noise in the ventilation and air conditioning ducts,which cannot ensure a good working environment,numerical simulation of their noise values and design research on noise reduction schemes have been carried out.By using the hybrid simulation method to simulate the dynamic noise of ventilation and air conditioning ducts,establishing a physical model and grid division of ventilation and air conditioning ducts,setting boundary conditions and numerical simulation results,the numerical simulation of noise is achieved.By controlling the constant flow ratio to optimize the inlet speed and the constant inlet speed to optimize the flow ratio,a noise reduction plan is formulated to promote the reduction of dynamic noise in ventilation and air conditioning ducts,and to improve the overall quality of the working environment.
