摘要
碱通过碱骨料反应和收缩对混凝土耐久性产生影响,工程上通过严格控制碱含量避免其危害发生。本文从碱的影响机制出发,总结碱含量控制措施并讨论碱的控制指标,最后基于资源最大化利用的工程背景,开展混凝土碱含量合理水平的讨论,以期建设更加安全可靠、经济环保的混凝土工程。
Alkali affects the durability of concrete through alkali aggregate reaction and shrinkage,and its harm is avoided through strict control of alkali content in engineering.This paper starts from the influence mechanism of alkali,summarizes the alkali content control measures and discusses the control index of alkali,and finally carries out the discussion on the reasonable level of alkali content in concrete based on the engineering background of maximizing the use of resources,with a view to constructing a safer,more reliable,economical and environmentally friendly concrete project.
