摘要
目的分析颏下岛状皮瓣(SIF)修复术在上颌骨缺损中的应用效果。方法将新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的16例上颌骨缺损患者纳入研究,均行SIF修复术,随访6个月至1年,评估患者皮瓣成活、神经损伤、外形及功能修复、肿瘤复发及淋巴结转移等情况。结果16例患者SIF均移植成活,无神经损伤,术区外形及功能良好。结论SIF修复上颌骨缺损易于存活,术区形态及功能恢复良好。
Objective To analyze the application effect of submandibular island flap(SIF)repair surgery in maxillary bone defects.Methods Sixteen patients with maxillary bone defects admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were included in the study,all of whom underwent SIF repair surgery.Follow ups were conducted for 6 months to 1 year to evaluate the survival of the skin flap,nerve damage,appearance and function repair,tumor recurrence,and lymph node metastasis of the patients.Results All 16 patients with SIF transplantation survived without nerve damage,and the appearance and function of the surgical area were good.Conclusions SIF repair of maxillary bone defects is easy to survive,with good recovery of surgical site morphology and function.
