摘要
目前,在油水井常规起下油管作业过程中,通常会采用压井措施,由于压后地层压力大,井下压力高,井口油管内会溢出大量污油污水,既给地下油层带来污染也给生态环境造成破坏,并给员工的工作环境以及员工身体造成一定伤害。随着人们对环境越来越重视,其压裂管柱方对有关内溢流的研制成为解决问题的主要方向。针对常规压裂施工时,发现喷砂器滑套没有到位,导致出砂口未堵住,使油管外液体进入油管内,无法密封下级喷砂器的出砂口,产生井口油管内溢流。除此之外,压裂施工后最上级喷砂器无滑套密封其出砂口,也产生油管内溢流。针对以上问题,设计出一种新型喷砂器及其配套工具,使得其出砂口随压随关闭,利用关闭出砂口达到具有多层压裂、压后滑套均到位、锁定,达到了防油管内溢流的目的。
At present,in the process of conventional lifting and lowering oil pipe operation of oil and water wells,the fracking measures are usually used.Due to high formation pressure after pressing and downhole pressure,a large amount of dirty oil and sewage will be overflowed from the wellhead oil pipes,which not only brings pollution to the underground oil layer,,but also causes damage to the ecological environment.Especially,it causes certain harm to the working environment as well as employees'body.As people pay more and more attention to the environment,the development of internal overflow related to the fracturing string has become the main direction to solve solution.During the conventional fracturing construction,it is found that the slip sleeve of sandblaster was not in place,resulting in the sand outlet that was not blocked,which allows the liquid outside the oil pipe to enter the oil pipe and is unable to seal the sand outlet of the lower sandblaster,resulting in overflow at the wellhead oil pipe.In addition,after fracturing construction,the top sandblaster without a sliding sleeve is sealed its sand outlet,which also causes overflow in the oil pipe.In view of above problems,designing a new type of sandblaster and its supporting tools will close the sand outlet with pressure.Closing the sand outlet can be achieved the purpose of having multi-layer fracturing and slip sleeve that was in place and locked and preventing overflow in the oil pipe after pressure.
