摘要
目的探讨皮内针联合子午流注五音疗法对心脾两虚不寐症患者的临床效果。方法选择天水市中医医院脾胃病科2021年5月—2021年10月入住的心脾两虚型不寐患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组给予皮内针干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用子午流注五音疗法干预,2周后比较两组总有效率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)得分。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组PSQI得分较干预前均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论皮内针联合子午流注五音疗法能有效改善心脾两虚型不寐患者的睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe clinical effect of intradermal needle with midnight-noon ebb-flow and five-tone therapy in the treat-ment of insomnia of deficiency heart and spleen type.Methods One hundred patients who were admitted to Tianshui Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to October 2021 and met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia due to deficiency of heart and spleen were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given intradermal needle intervention,and the observation group was given midnight-noon ebb-flow and five-tone therapy on the basis of the control group.After two weeks,the effective rate and PSQI scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of control group(74.00%,37/50)(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion Intradermal needle com-bined with midnight-noon ebb-flow and five-tone therapy can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia due to deficiency of heart and spleen type,which is worthy of clinical application.
