摘要
目的探究多牙齿缺失患者应用口腔种植修复的临床效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年11月于江西省中西医结合医院就诊的84例多牙齿缺失患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组实施常规修复,观察组实施口腔种植修复,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后红色美学评分(PES)与白色美学评分(WES)及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(78.57%),并发症发生率(19.05%)低于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PES、WES差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组PES、WES均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复在多牙齿缺失患者中具有良好的应用效果,能显著增强治疗效果,提高牙齿美观程度,并降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of dental implant restoration in patients with multiple missing teeth.Methods A total of 84 patients with multiple tooth loss admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to ran-dom number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine restoration,while the observation group received dental implant restoration,the clinical efficacy,ppink esthetic score(PES)and white esthetic score(WES)before and after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%),and the incidence of complications(19.05%)was lower than that of the control group(66.67%),and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PES and WES between the two groups;after treatment,the PES and WES of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental implant restoration has good application effect in patients with multiple tooth loss,which can significantly improve the treatment effect and the degree of tooth aesthetics,and reduce the incidence of complications.
