摘要
目的探讨96孔板药敏试验自动判读系统的设计与开发。方法选用数字相机对96孔板进行图像采集,运用机器视觉技术进行图像识别,从而得到药敏试验判读结果。采用图像拼接技术,将96孔板分为8个区域,运用二维运动平台进行多次采集,既提高了图像的分辨率,也克服了图像畸变带来的判读误差。结果制作了96孔板药敏试验自动判读系统,判读准确率达到100%,判读用时为人工的1/4~1/3h,且实现判读结果自动统计存储。结论自动判读系统能提高96孔板药敏试验的精度和效率。
Objective Explore the desig of automatically interpretation system for drug sensitivity test of 96-well plate.Meth⁃ods Digital camera was used to collect images of 96-well plates,and machine vision technology was used to recognize the images,so as to obtain the interpretation results of drug sensitivity test.Using image Mosaic technology,the 96-well plate was divided into 8 regions,and the two-dimensional motion platform was used for multiple acquisition,which not only improved the resolution of the image,but also overcame the interpretation error caused by image distortion.Results The automatic interpretation system of 96-well plate drug sensitivity test was developed.The accuracy of interpretation reached 100%,and the interpretation time was about 1/4~1/3 hour,and the automatic statistical storage of interpretation results was realized.Conclusion The automatic interpretation system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of drug sensitivity testing of 96-well plate.
