低温消毒方法对热释光剂量计测量结果的影响

摘要 目的主要研究热释光剂量计经过低温消毒灭菌后,其剂量测量结果是否存在影响,为无菌环境和介入手术佩戴热释光剂量计的消毒灭菌提供参考。方法使用医院常用的低温消毒方式对指环式热释光剂量计进行消毒,所有热释光剂量计放置在同一条件下进行辐照,辐照样本扣除本底,计算出剂量值,使用SPSS 25.0软件对实验组与对照组的剂量值数据进行正态检验和成组两样本t检验分析。结果未做任何消毒处理(对照组)的指环式热释光剂量计剂量值为(133.37±4.74)mSv。抗菌天然皂液消毒(实验组)的指环式热释光剂量计剂量值为(132.26±5.56)mSv,环氧乙烷消毒(实验组)的指环式热释光剂量计剂量值为(130.92±4.32)mSv,过氧化氢等离子消毒(实验组)的指环式热释光剂量计剂量值为(132.23±4.39)mSv,实验组与对照组分别进行成组两样本t检验,实验组与对照组总体剂量值总体均数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗菌天然皂液、环氧乙烷以及过氧化氢等离子消毒等低温消毒方法对热释光剂量计测量结果无显著影响。 Objective To study whether the dose measurement results of thermoluminescence dosimeter after sterilization at low temperature have any influence,so as to provide reference for disinfection and sterilization of thermoluminescence dosimeter in sterile environment and interventional surgery.Methods Ring thermoluminescence dosimeters were disinfected by low temperature disinfection commonly used in hospitals.All thermoluminescence dosimeters were irradiated under the same conditions.The radiation samples were deducted from the background and the dose values were calculated.SPSS 25.0 software was used to conduct normal test and group twosample T-test analysis on the dose data of the experimental group and control group.Results The mean+standard deviation of dose values of ring thermoluminescence dosimeter without any disinfection(control group)was(133.37±4.74)mSv.The mean+standard de⁃viation of the dose value of the ring thermoluminescence dosimeter for antibacterial natural soap disinfection(experimental group)was(132.26±5.56)mSv,and the mean+standard deviation of the dose value of the ring thermoluminescence dosimeter for ethylene oxide disinfection(experimental group)was(130.92±4.32)mSv.The mean+standard deviation value of the dose value of the ring thermoly⁃sis dosimeter for hydrogen peroxide plasma disinfection(experimental group)was(132.23±4.39)mSv.The T-test of the two samples in the experimental group and the control group was conducted respectively,and the P value was greater than 0.05.There was no statis⁃tical difference in the mean value of the total dose value between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion Low tem⁃perature disinfection methods such as antibacterial natural soap solution,ethylene oxide and hydrogen peroxide plasma disinfection have no significant effect on the measurement results of thermoluminescence dosimeter.
