摘要
通过对梵净兰香茶的产品质量、茶青原料、加工设备、加工工艺、技术要点等进行系统阐述和技术创新总结,提供了高品质绿茶加工的创新技术和新产品开发的经验。新技术经济性和实用性明显,对促进地方茶产品结构合理发展、提高茶产业效益、促进茶农增收和茶企增效等具有积极影响。
By systematically describing and summarizing technological innovation product quality,tea green raw materials,processing equipment,processing technology and technical points,this paper provided innovative technologies and new product development experiences for high-quality green tea processing.The technical economy and practicality are obvious.It has a positive effect on promoting the rational development of tea industry product structure,improving the efficiency of the local tea industry,increasing the income of tea farmers and increasing the efficiency of tea enterprises.
