摘要
我国制鞋产业发展壮大,在世界市场上保持领先地位。“李宁”“安踏”等制鞋企业在国际市场上享有盛誉。我国制鞋在产品质量和出口数量上位居前列。在此背景下,除了头部企业外,中小型制鞋企业更是制鞋生产主力军,其发展战略成为重中之重。本文通过研究中小型制鞋企业发展,分析其在发展过程中遇到的问题,并针对性地提出企业发展策略及发展前景,有利于制鞋企业把握时代机遇、开拓市场,为拉动我国经济发展提供力量。
Chinese shoemaking industry has grown and maintained a leading position in the world market.LINING,ANTA and other shoemaking enterprises have enjoyed a high reputation in the international market.Chinese shoemaking industry ranks among the top in terms of product quality and export quantity.In this context,in addition to the head enterprises,small and medium sized shoemaking enterprises are the main force of shoemaking production,and their development strategies become the top priority.This paper studied the development of small and medium sized shoemaking enterprises,analyzed the problems encountered in the development of small and medium sized shoe⁃making enterprises,and put forward enterprise development strategies and future development prospects in a targeted manner,which would help shoemaking enterprises grasp the opportunities of the times,expand the market,and pro⁃vide continuous strength to drive Chinese economic development.
