摘要
为了缓解和预防家具厂工人的职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(work related musculoskeletal disorders,WMSDs)症状,基于工效学对家具厂工人作业情况进行调查和研究。通过文献回顾法、现场观察法、问卷调查法和用户访谈法收集家具厂工人的需求,得出WMSDs患病率最高的部位为肩部、颈部和下背部。此外,年龄、工龄、性别、岗位和部门管理等也是WMSDs的影响因素。从康复学角度分析根据WMSDs患病特点设计的动作,对其交互方式和交互特点进行分析,根据成年男女人体工程学数据设计出一款针对家具制造工人WMSDs的康复产品,并进行用户测试验证其有效性。结果表明:针对家具制造工人WMSDs患病特点设计的产品能够有效缓解和预防家具制造工人的WMSDs症状。
In order to alleviate and prevent the symptoms of WMSDs(work related musculoskeletal disorders)among furniture factory workers,this paper investigates and researches furniture factory workers'operations based on ergonomics.The needs of furniture factory workers were collected through literature review method,on-site observation method,questionnaire survey method and user interview method,and it was concluded that the parts with the highest prevalence of WMSDs were shoulder neck and lower back,in addition,age,working age,gender,position and departmental management were also the influencing factors of WMSDs.The movements designed according to the prevalence characteristics of WMSDs were analyzed from the perspective of rehabilitation,the interaction mode and interaction characteristics were analyzed,and a rehabilitation product for furniture manufacturing workers with WMSDs was designed based on the ergonomic data of adult men and women,and a user test was conducted to verify its effectiveness.The results show that the designed product for furniture manufacturing workers with WMSDs can effectively alleviate and prevent the symptoms of WMSDs in furniture manufacturing workers.
