摘要
木材因其天然色调和花纹广受人们喜爱,但只有少数硬木优质树种才具备明显和美观的纹理,这类优质木材经过大量砍伐,供应量减少,价格偏高;为了提高木材利用率,探寻优质树种的代替品,对杨木这类常见木材进行染色,从而获得类似珍惜树种的实木纹理,已成为用做家具表面装饰材料的重要手段。以辽宁地区小叶杨单板为研究对象,将刨切后得到的单板从厚度中间剖开,根据染色处理后单板的内外漂白和染色效果,得出辽宁小叶杨单板内外均匀漂白和染色的最佳工艺条件。
Wood is widely loved for its natural color tones and patterns,but only a few high-quality h-ardwood tree species have clear and beautiful textures.After extensive logging,the supply of this type of high-quality wood is reduced,and the price is relatively high;In order to improve the utilization rate of wood and explore substitutes for high-quality tree species,dyeing common wood such as poplar to obtain solid wood textures similar to precious tree species has become an important means of usi-ng it as a surface decoration material for furniture.Taking the small leaved poplar veneer in Liaoning region as the research object,the sliced veneer was cut open from the middle of the thickness.Based on the internal and external bleaching and dyeing effects of the dyed veneer,the optimal process conditions for uniform internal and external bleaching and dyeing of Liaoning Populus simonii Carr veneer were obtained.
