加速康复外科理念下机器人辅助新生儿十二指肠隔膜切除术护理配合与管理

摘要 目的:探讨加速康复外科(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)理念下机器人辅助新生儿十二指肠梗阻手术配合和护理方法。方法:应用ERAS理念对1例行达芬奇机器人辅助十二指肠隔膜切除术及十二指肠修补术的十二指肠梗阻患儿(年龄10 d)进行术前准备、术中配合、术后护理。结果:该新生儿术后恢复良好,痊愈出院。结论:在ERAS理念指导下,手术室护士充分的术前评估和准备,规范、熟练的术中配合,标准化和规范化的围手术期皮肤管理、低体温预防及器械管理等措施为达芬奇机器人辅助手术的顺利开展提供了有力的保障,从而促进患儿康复。 Objective:To explore the cooperation and nursing method of robot-assisted duodenal septum resection in newborn under the guidance of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS).Methods:Preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative care were performed on a child(aged 10 d)with duodenal obstruction who underwent Da Vinci robot-assisted duodenal septum resection and duodenal repair under the concept of ERAS.Results:The newborn recovered well and was discharged from hospital.Conclusion:Under the guidance of ERAS,adequate preoperative evaluation and preparation,standardized intraoperative cooperation,perioperative skin management,hypothermia prevention,instrument management and other measures are conducive to the performance of Da Vinci robotic surgery and promote the recovery of pediatric patient.
