摘要
本研究以现有回转窑焙烧工艺为基础,开发一种新型静态高温焙烧工艺。该工艺可适用于处理不同品位和种类的铬矿石原料,甚至含铬危废,可以提高铬收率,降低能耗。试验结果表明,反应温度为1050~1100℃,升温时间为120~150 min,保温时间为30 min时,可获得最佳铬收率。与回转窑不同,静态焙烧中,原料细度和料层厚度是影响能耗和反应时间的关键因素。粒径10~20 mm的粉状原料最适宜。该新工艺扩大低品位难处理铬资源的利用途径。
Based on the existing rotary kiln roasting process,this study develops a new type of static high-temperature roasting process.This process can be applied to processing chromium ore raw materials of different grades and types,and even chromium containing hazardous waste,which can improve chromium yield and reduce energy consumption.The experimental results show that the optimal chromium yield can be achieved at a reaction temperature of 1050~1100℃,a heating time of 120~150 min,and a holding time of 30 min.Unlike rotary kilns,in static roasting,the fineness of raw materials and the thickness of the material layer are key factors affecting energy consumption and reaction time.Powdered raw materials with a particle size of 10~20 mm are most suitable.This new process expands the utilization of low grade and difficult to treat chromium resources.
