基于KANO模型的粤港澳大湾区红色景区优化提升研究——以孙中山故里旅游区为例

摘要 红色景区蕴含丰富的文化资源,是传播和塑造优质文化的重要载体。粤港澳大湾区内红色景区众多,其运营质量的提升,有助于该湾区建成宜居宜业宜游的优质生活圈。从游客需求出发,以孙中山故里旅游区为例,运用KANO模型,以游客的感知对旅游需求要素进行划分,结合Better-Worse系数对15项需求要素进行重要性排序,得出以下结论:完善基础设施建设,优化景区景观设计,增强红色旅游体验,提高景区服务水平,以此来为粤港澳大湾区其他红色景区运营提升提供一些借鉴。 The red scenic spot has tremendous cultural resources,which represents an important carrier for spreading and shaping the high-quality culture.There are many red scenic spots in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The improvement of its operation quality will help the Bay Area to build a high-quality living circle suitable to live,work and travel.Taking Sun Yat-sen's hometown tourist area as an example,by using the KANO model analysis which initiated from the demand of tourists,the corresponding factors are classified based on the perception of tourists,and the importance of 15 demand factors is ranked in combination with the Better-Worse coefficient.The following conclusions are drawn:by improving infrastructure construction,optimizing landscape design of scenic spots,enhancing red tourism experience,promoting the service level of scenic spots could significantly improve the service level of scenic spot.So as to provide some reference for the operation and improvement of other red scenic spots in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
