摘要
随着人工智能、机器学习和传感器技术的不断发展,制造业机器人的智能化水平不断提高。机器人的应用领域不断扩大,为企业提供了更多选择和机会,也为制造业带来了许多好处。运用文献资料法,重点梳理了机器人在制造业中的应用和发展趋势。机器人可以应用在制造的各个环节,达到提高生产效率、提高产品质量、减少人力成本和智能化管理设备的效果。机器人能和人类共同工作,在制造生产过程中实现人机合作,与人类共享工作空间;还可以与其他设备系统互联来获取和共享数据,实现更高级的自主决策和协同工作。未来,机器人将继续朝着小型化、轻型化、柔性化和人机协作方向发展,这将为制造业带来更高的生产效率、产品质量和创新能力,推动制造业向智能制造转型升级。
With the continuous development of artificial intelligence,machine learning and sensor technology,the intelligent level of manufacturing robots is constantly improving,and the application fields of robots are constantly expanding,which provides more choices and opportunities for enterprises and brings many benefits to the manufacturing industry.By using the literature method,this paper focus on the application and development trend of robots in the manufacturing industry.This paper believes that robots can be applied in various manufacturing links to achieve the effect of improving production efficiency,improving product quality,reducing labor costs and intelligently managing equipment,they can also work together with humans to realize human-robot cooperation in the manufacturing process and share the workspace with humans,and that they can also interconnect with other equipment systems to obtain and share data and realize more advanced autonomous decision-making and collaborative work.This paper points out that robots will continue to develop in the direction of miniaturization,lightweight,flexibility and human-machine collaboration,which will bring higher productivity,product quality and innovation ability to the manufacturing industry,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing.
