摘要
本文以传统缓冲材料和切削型纸质材料为研究对象,对不同种类的传统缓冲材料和不同尺度、不同形状及不同处理形式的切削型纸质材料的缓冲性能进行实验测试分析,利用MATLAB软件编制程序计算绘制了其应力-应变曲线、缓冲系数-最大应力曲线,将传统缓冲材料与切削型纸质材料的缓冲性能进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,传统缓冲材料缓冲性能良好、质轻,适用于多种缓冲环境;切削型纸质材料缓冲曲线分布在低应力区,适合轻型产品的缓冲包装。本研究对促进切削型纸质缓冲材料的科学应用具有指导作用。
In this paper,the cushioning performance of different kinds of traditional cushioning materials and cutting paper materials with different scales,shapes and treatment forms were analyzed in experimental tests,and the stress-strain curves,cushioning coefficients and maximum stress curves were calculated and plotted using MATLAB software,and the buffering performance of traditional buffering materials and cutting paper materials were compared and analyzed.The results show that the conventional cushioning material has good cushioning performance,is lightweight,and is suitable for a variety of cushioning environments;the cushioning curve of the cutting paper material is distributed in the low stress area,and is suitable for cushioning packaging of light products.This study is a guide to promote the scientific application of cutting paper cushioning materials.
