摘要
水环真空泵具有构造简单、等温压缩、方便使用维修等特点,特别适合抽吸和压缩易燃易爆气体。转子部件在水环真空泵的稳定运行中发挥关键作用,其设计强度直接影响着产品的质量和寿命。通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对转子部件进行了静力学分析和模态分析。结果表明:水环真空泵泵轴和叶轮最大变形量均未超过材料允许的变形量。通过模态分析可知水环真空泵工作转速远低于转子系统的一阶临界转速,系统不会发生共振。研究验证了水环真空泵的工作可靠性,为转子部件以及产品整体结构优化设计提供了理论依据。
Water ring vacuum pump has the characteristics of simple structure,constant temperature compression,convenient use and maintenance,and is especially suitable for suction and compression of flammable and explosive gas.The rotor device play a key role in the stable operation of water ring pump,and its design strength directly affect the quality and life of products.The static analysis and modal analysis of the rotor components were carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results show that the maximum deformation of the water ring vacuum pump shaft and impeller not exceed the allowable deformation of the material.According to the mode analysis,the working speed of the water ring pump is far lower than the first order critical speed of the rotor system,and the system will not have resonance.The study verifies the reliability of the water ring vacuum pump,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the rotor components and product.
