摘要
针对跨境电商包裹多样性带来的包装自动化程度低、人工成本高、效率低等问题,设计了跨境电商柔性物流包装生产线,可以实现不同尺寸包裹的自动化柔性物流包装。对现有人工物流包装作业流程进行分析和优化,采用无接触式测量传感器,实时获取包裹尺寸。设计自适应热封装置,实现不同尺寸包裹的自适应封口。通过原理样机对包装效果进行试验验证,包裹包装效果良好,最大自适应尺寸为250mm。所设计的柔性物流包装生产线具有实际工程应用价值。
In view of the problems of low automation degree,high labor cost and low efficiency of packaging caused by the diversity of cross-border e-commerce parcel,a cross-border e-commerce flexible logistics packaging production line was designed,which can realize the automatic flexible logistics packaging of parcels with different sizes.The existing manual logistics packaging operation process was analyzed and optimized,and non-contact measurement sensor was used to obtain the package size in real time.An adaptive heat sealing device was designed to achieve adaptive sealing of packages with different sizes.The packaging effect was verified by the principle prototype,the packaging effect is good,and the maximum adaptive size is 250 mm.The designed flexible logistics packaging production line has practical engineering application value.
