摘要
建立了纺织染整助剂产品中5种异噻唑啉酮类化合物的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)检测方法。该方法采用甲醇作为溶剂,经超声波提取纺织染整助剂产品中的目标分析物,再进行HPLC-DAD测定。结果表明,5种异噻唑啉酮类化合物在0.5~10.0 mg/L范围内线性相关系数大于0.999。方法检出限为7.5 mg/kg,定量限为25.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为87.06%~112.79%,相对标准偏差为1.07%~8.14%。该方法灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便,可以满足纺织染整助剂中异噻唑啉酮类化合物的检测要求。
High performance liquid chromatography diode array detector(HPLC-DAD)detection method was established for five isothiazolinone compounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.This method uses methanol as solvent to extract target analytes from textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries through ultrasonic ex⁃traction,followed by HPLC-DAD determination.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 5 isothiazolinone compounds was greater than 0.999 in the range of 0.5-10.0 mg/L.The detection limit of this method were 7.5 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 25.0 mg/kg.The recovery rate of spiking was 87.06%-112.79%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.07%-8.14%.This method had high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and simple operation,and could meet the detection requirements of isothiazolinone com⁃pounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.
