摘要
针对天然染料印花湿处理和耐日晒色牢度较差的问题,选用板栗壳色素作为研究对象,探究明矾预媒染印花工艺对印花性能的影响。实验结果表明,当预媒染明矾用量为6%(omf),印花汽蒸条件为102℃饱和蒸汽下汽蒸45 min时,板栗壳色素印花蚕丝织物的各项色牢度均大于等于3~4级,达到服用纺织品的要求。
In response to the problem of poor wet treatment and color fastness to sunlight in natural dye printing,chestnut shell pigment was selected as the research object to explore the impact of alum pre mor⁃dant dyeing printing process on printing performance.The results showed that when the pre mordant alum dosage was 6%(omf)and the printing steam condition was 102℃saturated steam for 45 min,the color fast⁃ness of chestnut shell pigment printed silk fabric was greater than or equal to level 3-4,meeting the require⁃ments for wearing textiles.
