基于物联网的电力物资供应链智能调配算法 被引量:4

Intelligent allocation algorithm of power supply chain based on Internet of Things

摘要 为了保证区域电力稳定,在及时补充电力物资的同时减少调配耗时,提出了基于物联网的电力物资供应链智能调配算法。将物资运输费用、物资仓储费用、时间惩罚费用之和定为调配成本,以最小化电力物资调配成本为目标,构建电力物资供应链模型。利用物联网技术将数据向各个调配中心推进,实时监测采集区域电网情况,结合遗传算法确定最终目的地调配方案的约束条件和目标函数,计算出全部的适应度,合理选取分裂基因座,完成电力物资供应链智能调配。通过实验,证明所提算法收敛速度快,运算效率高,保证调配过程中整体利益均衡效果较佳。 In order to ensure the stability of regional electricity and reduce the allocation time while replenishing power supplies in time,an intelligent allocation algorithm of power supplies supply chain based on the Internet of Things is proposed.The sum of material transportation cost,material storage cost and time penalty cost is set as the allocation cost,and the power material supply chain model is constructed with the goal of minimizing the allocation cost of power materials.Use the Internet of Things technology to promote data to each distribution center,monitor and collect the regional power grid situation in real time,determine the constraint conditions and objective functions of the final destination distribution plan in combination with genetic algorithm,calculate all fitness,reasonably select split loci,and complete the intelligent distribution of power supply chain.Through experiments,it is proved that the proposed algorithm has fast convergence speed,high computational efficiency and better overall benefit balance effect in the deployment process.
