热泵变温干燥消防水带工况优化研究

Optimization of heat pump drying fire hose with variable temperature strategy

摘要 消防水带作为一种重要的火灾防控工具,其维护和保养尤为重要。及时干燥水带可以延长水带的使用寿命,确保其始终处于良好的工作状态。为减少消防水带干燥能耗、优化热泵干燥性能,采用变温工况对消防水带进行热泵干燥处理。通过单因素试验,分析首段干燥温度、变温时刻以及第二段干燥温度对热泵性能(单位能耗除湿量、单位时间除湿量、制热系数、热效率)的影响。采用响应面法设计试验,利用试验数据拟合数学模型,通过方差分析验证模型的可信度,对回归方程进行多目标联合求解,得到热泵变温干燥消防水带的最优参数组合为:首段干燥温度为42.2℃,变温时刻为80 min,第二段干燥温度为33.8℃。经平行试验验证,优化工况下的预测值与试验值的平均误差为3.92%,模型预测结果可信度较高。 As an important fire prevention and control tool,the maintenance of fire hose is particularly important.Timely drying of the hose can extend the service life of the hose and ensure that it is always in good working condition.To reduce the drying en⁃ergy consumption of fire hose and optimize the drying perfor⁃mance of heat pump,the heat pump drying treatment of fire hose is performed with variable temperature strategy.The effects of ini⁃tial drying temperature,moment of changing temperature,and variable temperature on the performance of heat pump(specific moisture extraction rate,moisture extraction rate,coefficient of performance)were analyzed by single factor test.Experiments were designed using the response surface method,the mathemati⁃cal model was fitted to the test data,and the reliability of the model was verified by variance analysis.The multi-objective joint solution of the regression equation was carried out,and the opti⁃mal process parameters of the heat pump variable temperature dry⁃ing fire hose were obtained as follows:initial drying temperature was 42.2℃,the moment of changing temperature was 80 min,and the variable temperature was 33.8℃.Parallel experiments show that the average error between the predicted value and the experimental value is 3.92%,indicating the high reliability of the model.
