摘要
目的 探讨达格列净片联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 选择盐城市大丰人民医院于2020年1月—2023年3月收治的82例慢性心衰患者为本次调查对象,以数字表法随机分为对照组(41例,以沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗)和研究组(41例,实施达格列净片联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗),对其临床治疗效果、心功能改善情况进行比较。结果 治疗后,研究组LVESD与BNP、NT-proBNP、NE明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的LVEF、LVEDD高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 达格列净片联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗慢性心力衰竭可得到满意临床疗效,更可以进一步恢复心功能,延缓疾病进展,安全性良好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 82patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Dafeng People's Hospital in Yancheng City from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects of this investigation,and were randomly divided into control group by digital table method(41 cases,treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium),and the study group(41 cases,the implementation of dapagliflozin combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium valsartan sodium),the clinical therapeutic effect and the improvement of heart function were compared.Results After treatment,LVESD and BNP,NT-proBNP,NE in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The LVEF and LVEDD of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion dapagliflozin tablet combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablet has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can effectively improve heart function and is worth promoting.
