摘要
以皂苷类、黄酮类、萜类和酚类等中药有效成分为研究对象,总结近年来中药有效成分治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的作用机制,认为中药有效成分治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的作用机制主要集中在抗炎、缓解氧化应激、抑制新血管生成和细胞凋亡等方面。
The paper summarizes mechanism of active ingredients of Chinese medicine for diabetes retinopathy in recent years with research objects of saponins,flavonoids,terpenoids,phenols and other active ingredients of Chinese medicine,and believes mechanism of active ingredients of Chinese medicine for diabetes retinopathy mainly focuses on anti-inflammatory,alleviating oxidative stress,inhibiting neovascularization and apoptosis.
