脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚衍生物在动车组外表面清洗剂的应用性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 对相同疏水尾链结构(C12-14)的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其衍生物的基本特性(稳定性、pH值、表面张力)及应用性能(黏度、乳化力、润湿性能、洗净力、泡沫性能、漂洗性及对油漆涂膜的影响性)进行了测定。结果表明:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸(AEC-9H)在表面张力、乳化力、润湿性能、洗净力方面均优于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠(AEC-9Na),AEC-9H与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)结构相似,两者应用性能相近,在动车组清洗剂中具有一定的应用潜力;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)的pH值偏高,乳化力和润湿性能差,在低浓度下洗净力性能突出;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(AEO-9P)普遍表现出乳化力小、润湿性能差、洗净力低的特点,在动车组清洗剂中应用潜力不大;5种脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其衍生物的漂洗性及对油漆涂膜的影响性均满足标准Q/CR 468—2015中的相应要求。 The basic properties(stability,pH value,surface tension)and application properties(viscosity,emulsifying power,wettability,cleaning ability,foam performance,rinsing performance and influence on paint film)of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers and their derivatives with the same hydrophobic tail chain structure(C12-14)were measured.The results show that fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid(AEC-9H)is superior to sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid(AEC-9Na)in surface tension,emulsifying power,wettability and cleaning ability.The structure of AEC-9H is similar to that of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO9),and their application properties are similar,it has certain application potential in cleaners for EMU/DMU exterior surface.The pH value of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES) is high, the emulsifying power and wettability are poor, and thecleaning ability is outstanding at low concentration. Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate (AEO-9P) generally shows the characteristics of small emulsifying power, poor wettability and low cleaning ability,and has little potential for application in cleaners for EMU/DMU exterior surface. The rinsing performanceof the five fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers and their derivatives and their influence on the paint filmmeet the corresponding requirements in the standard Q/CR 468—2015.
