摘要
在机械加工工艺的应用过程中,存在发生控制系统误差、伺服系统误差、测量误差、设备与工件热变形的几率,导致工件加工精度降低。通过分解机械加工工艺应用流程、梳理工艺规范,从完善数控编程、提高加工质量、提升工艺水平、控制工件温度等角度进行加工工艺优化,可有效提高加工精度,保障产品质量。
In the process of applying mechanical processing technology,there are probabilities of geometric errors in the control system,servo system errors,measurement system errors,and thermal deformation between equipment and workpiece,which can affect the machining accuracy of the workpiece.By decomposing the application process of mechanical machining technology,sorting out the adaptation standards,and optimizing the machining process from the perspectives of improving CNC programming,improving machining quality,enhancing process level,and controlling workpiece temperature,the machining accuracy can be greatly improved,ensuring product quality.
