以覆岩离层注浆为主的保水采煤技术研究 被引量:4

Study on Water-saving Coal Mining Technology Based on Grouting in Overburden Abscission Layer

摘要 榆神矿区地域辽阔、煤炭资源丰富,是国家重点建设的陕北煤炭基地的重要组成部分。持续高强度的煤炭开采对下水资源造成了破坏,损害了当地脆弱的生态环境。针对榆神矿区干旱半干旱地区水资源贫乏、生态环境脆弱等特点,以区内郭家滩煤矿为重点研究对象,通过研究煤矿开采条件、地质及水文地质特征,提出了在分层开采、限制导水裂隙带发育高度的基础上,以覆岩离层注浆充填控制上部含(隔)水层稳定为主,结合顶板隔水层再造(加固)、冒落带和导水裂隙带注浆封堵、保水采煤效果动态监测等技术的保水采煤一体化技术体系,并对试验示范区保水采煤效果进行了预计。 Yushen mining area is vast and rich in coal resources,which is an important component of the national key coal base in northern Shaanxi.Continuous high-intensity coal mining has caused damage to groundwater resources and damaged the fragile local ecological environment.Aim at the characteristics of poor water resources and fragile ecological environment in arid and semi-arid regions of Yushen mining area,taking Guojiatan coal mine in the area as the key research object.Through studying the mining conditions,geological and hydrogeological characteristics of coal mine,it is put forward that on the basis of slice mining and limiting the development height of water flowing fractured zone,by grouting into overburen bed-separation to mainly fill and control the stability of upper aquifer,combined with roof aquiclude reconstruction(reinforcement),caving zone and water flowing fractured zone plugging with grouting,dynamic monitoring of coal mining under water containing effect and other technologies of coal mining under water containing integration technology system,and predicting the effect of water-preserved mining in the experimental demonstration area.
