摘要
目的:探讨洗涤红细胞和去白悬浮红细胞输注治疗自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)的效果。方法:回顾性选取2020年3月—2023年3月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的64例AIHA患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方法的不同将其分为试验组和对照组,各32例。对照组输注去白悬浮红细胞,试验组输注洗涤红细胞。比较两组输血后24 h临床疗效,输血前、输血后24 h相关指标,输血反应。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输血后24 h,两组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)升高,网织红细胞百分比(Ret)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平降低,试验组Hb、RBC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组输血反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.016,P>0.05)。结论:对AIHA患者而言,在输血治疗中输注洗涤红细胞的总体有效率高于输注去白悬浮红细胞,并且Hb和RBC的提升效果更加明显。
Objective:To investigate the effect of transfusion of washed red blood cells and removing white suspended red blood cells in the treatment of autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA).Method:Sixty-four AIHA patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2020 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was transfused with removing white suspended red blood cells and the experimental group was transfused with washed red blood cells.The clinical efficacy 24 h after blood transfusion,relevant indexes before and 24 h after blood transfusion,and transfusion reaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h after blood transfusion,hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell count(RBC)were increased,reticulocyte percentage(Ret)and total bilirubin(TBIL)levels were decreased,and Hb and RBC in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of blood transfusion reaction between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.016,P>0.05).Conclusion:For AIHA patients,compared with transfusions of removing white suspended red blood cells,transfusions of washed red blood cells have a higher overall effective rate in transfusion therapy,and the effect is more obvious in the improvement of Hb and RBC.
