摘要
昆虫是自然界最为丰富的生物类群,其中大多数为农林业害虫,但也有少数为人类服务的经济昆虫,如作为鳞翅目模式生物的家蚕,数千年来一直是丝织品原料的主要来源。孵化是卵生昆虫后续生命活动的基础,了解影响家蚕孵化的因素,有利于提高家蚕孵化率,增加蚕茧产量和经济效益。本文介绍了影响家蚕蚕卵孵化率的温度、湿度、光照等环境条件及家蚕发育过程中基因调控的研究进展。
Insects are the most abundant biological groups in the world of nature,most of which are agricultural and forestry pests,but there are also a few economic insects serving human beings,such as silkworms,Bombyx mori,a lepidopteran insect,and as a representative of the order,which has been the main source of silk raw materials for thousands of years.Hatching is the basis for the subsequent life activities of oviparous insects.Understanding the factors affecting the hatching rate of silkworm is conducive to improve the hatching rate of silkworm,to increase cocoon yield and economic benefits.In this paper,the research progress of temperature,humidity,light and other environmental conditions affecting the hatching rate of silkworm eggs and gene regulation during the development of silkworm were reviewed.
