摘要
志愿服务作为具有利他性的劳动实践,在创造精神文明的过程中,志愿服务成为学校开展劳动实践,培育学生劳动精神不可缺少的一部分。对此,分析志愿服务在劳动育人上发挥的价值,并研究志愿服务存在的不足。通过积极探索改进措施,完成志愿服务的大学生劳动教育实践探索,明确劳动育人实践的策略,促进高校劳动教育工作高质量的实施。
As an altruistic labor practice,in the process of creating spiritual civilization,voluntary service has become an indispensable part of school labor practice and cultivating students'labor spirit.In this regard,it analyzes the value of voluntary service in educating people through labor,and studies the shortcomings of voluntary labor.Through actively exploring and improving measures,we will complete the practical exploration of volunteer college students'labor education,clarify the strategies of labor education practice,and promote the high-quality implementation of college labor education.
