摘要
为了有效且快速地选择悬架硬点坐标参数,以便提高车辆的操纵稳定性,文章采用响应面法和邻域培植遗传算法(NCGA)对某悬架系统进行了优化设计。首先构建了某微车麦弗逊悬架系统的动力学仿真模型,并对其悬架硬点坐标进行灵敏度分析,以便找出灵敏度较高的坐标参数;然后,根据响应面方法建立了定位参数与所选坐标参数之间的近似数学模型,并对此模型进行了精度验证,将定位参数进行合理分组并采用直接加权法建立统一目标函数;最后结合NCGA对所建立的目标函数进行了优化设计。结果表明,优化后各定位参数变化量均有不同程度的减小,从而进一步提高了车辆行驶时的操纵稳定性,验证了所采用的方法具有一定的有效性。
In order to effectively and quickly select parameters of suspension hard points coordinate for improving vehicle handling stability,in this paper,response surface method and neighborhood cultivation genetic algorithm(NCGA)are adopted to optimize and design for a certain suspension system.Firstly,the dynamics simulation model of a certain mini-van Macpherson suspension system is established,and the sensitivity of suspension hard points coordinates is analyzed to find out the greater sensitivity of coordinate parameters;Then an approximate mathematical model based on response surface method,which expressed the relationship between the wheel alignment parameters and the selected coordinate parameters is established,and the corresponding precision verification is carried out,and the wheel alignment parameters are reasonably grouped and a unified objective function is established by direct weighing method;At last,the established objective function is optimized and designed combined with NCGA algorithm.The results show that after optimization the variation of each alignment parameters is discordantly finished and the vehicle handling stability when driving is further improved, verifying that the method has proper effectiveness.
