摘要
针对某型燃油柱塞泵耐久性试验后配流副出现严重气蚀现象,对燃油柱塞泵配流副抗气蚀原理进行理论分析,应用PumpLinx软件建立燃油柱塞泵流体域动态模型,仿真分析额定工况下影响配流副气蚀的因素。结果表明,随着进口压力减小、转速增大、温度增大,气蚀加重;配流盘阻尼槽三角槽宽度角度增大能有效抑制气蚀,三角槽宽度角度达到90°时,三角槽处气蚀几乎消失。根据仿真结果给出抗气蚀措施:进口压力由0.2 MPa提高至0.3 MPa,三角槽宽度角度由75°优化为90°。仿真和试验验证证明了该抗气蚀措施的正确性。研究结果为解决配流副气蚀问题提供了一种有效方法。
Aiming at the severe cavitation phenomenon of the distribution pair after the durability test of a certain type of fuel piston pump,the principle of anti-cavitation of the distribution pair of the fuel piston pump is theoretically analyzed,and the fluid domain dynamic model of the fuel piston pump is established by using PumpLinx software,and the factors affecting the cavitation of the distribution pair under the rated working conditions are simulated and analyzed.The results show that with the decrease of the inlet pressure,the increase of the rotational speed and the increase of the temperature,the cavitation is aggravated;the increase of the width angle of the triangular groove of the valve damping groove can effectively suppress cavitation.When the width angle of the triangular groove reaches 90°,the cavitation at the triangular groove almost disappears.According to the simulation results,the anti-cavitation measures are given:the inlet pressure is increased from 0.2 MPa to 0.3 MPa,and the width angle of the triangular groove is optimized from 75°to 90°The simulation and experimental verification prove the correctness of the anti-cavitation measures,and the results provide an effective method to solve the cavitation of distribution pair.
