摘要
目的研究复方丹参滴丸治疗对冠心病心绞痛患者不良反应及心绞痛改善情况的影响。方法98例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上使用复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组患者心率、心绞痛发作频率、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的心率(82.65±5.18)次/min高于对照组的(74.34±4.83)次/min、心绞痛发作频率(4.22±0.41)次/周低于对照组的(6.83±0.65)次/周(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率95.92%(47/49)明显高于对照组的79.59%(39/49)(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.16%(4/49),与对照组的6.12%(3/39)对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者接受复方丹参滴丸治疗,能有效改善心率指标、减少心绞痛发作次数,临床治疗效果显著,且无明显不良反应,具有良好的临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on adverse reactions and improvement of angina pectoris in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 98 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment regimens,with 49 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with compound Danshen dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The heart rate,frequency of angina pectoris attack,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate of(82.65±5.18)beats/min in the observation group was higher than(74.34±4.83)beats/min in the control group,and the frequency of angina pectoris attack of(4.22±0.41)attacks/week was lower than(6.83±0.65)attacks/week in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was significantly higher than 79.59%(39/49)in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.16%(4/49)in the observation group,and there was no difference compared to the control group's 6.12%(3/39)(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease receiving compound Danshen dripping pills can effectively improve the heart rate index and reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,and the clinical therapeutic effect is significant,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,and it has a good clinical therapeutic effect.
