摘要
目的:分析多重耐药菌感染患者陪护人员手卫生依从性的影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月溧阳市中医医院收治的89例多重耐药菌感染患者陪护人员作为研究对象。收集研究对象手卫生依从性相关资料,采用Logistic回归分析影响手卫生依从性的因素。结果:100例陪护人员中,依从性高58例(占比65.17%),依从性低31例(占比34.83%)。两组陪护人员性别、婚姻状况、月收入情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组年龄、与患者关系、文化水平、职业性质、日常洗手习惯比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic分析结果显示,直系亲属、文化水平初中以下、无日常洗手习惯是陪护人员手卫生依从性的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:多重耐药菌感染患者陪护人员的手卫生依从性和与患者关系、文化水平及日常洗手习惯密切相关,需要对上述影响因素予以足够关注,减少院内感染的发生。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance of caregivers of patients with multi-drug resistant bacterial infection.Methods:A total of 89 caregivers of patients with multi-drug resistant bacterial infection admitted to Liyang Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Data on hand hygiene compliance of subjects were collected,and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting hand hygiene compliance.Results:Of the 100 chaperones,58(cases 65.17%)with high compliance and 31(cases 34.83%)with low compliance.There was no significant difference in gender,marital status and monthly income of caregivers between the two groups(P>0.05);There were significant differences in age,relationship with patients,education level,occupational nature and daily handwashing habits between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic analysis results showed that direct relatives,education level of junior high school or less,and no daily handwashing habits were the independent influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance of caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hand hygiene compliance of caregivers of patients with multi-drug resistant bacterial infection is closely related to the relationship with patients,education level and daily handwashing habits,and it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to the above influencing factors so as to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
