摘要
财务共享中心是企业财务管理工作的一种全新模式,是管理制度的延伸,是传统会计核算体系的重大变革。从财会人员的角度出发,根据业务、流程等因素建立完整的财务管理流程,以数据为核心为导向进行内部控制优化和内部管控模式创新,能够发挥财务职能价值,促进企业健康发展。财务共享中心的建立实现了会计核算与监督统一、信息互联互通、决策支持与业务协同共进。基于此,文章从财务共享中心对财会人员的职业发展要求及影响进行了深入的分析。
The Financial Sharing Center is a new model of enterprise financial management,an extension of management systems,and a significant transformation of traditional accounting systems.From the perspective of accounting personnel,establishing a complete fi⁃nancial management process based on business,process,and other factors,and optimizing internal control and innovating internal control models with data as the core,can leverage the value of financial functions and promote the healthy development of enterprises.The estab⁃lishment of a financial sharing center can achieve the unification of accounting and supervision,information interconnection,decisionmaking support,and business collaboration.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the career development requirements and impact of financial sharing centers on accounting personnel.
