聚丙烯纤维增强再生混凝土溶蚀试验研究

摘要 以聚丙烯纤维为外掺料,对再生粗骨料取代率为100%的混凝土进行了加速溶蚀试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维增强再生混凝土(PFRAC)溶蚀后的性能劣化规律。结果表明:PFRAC的质量损失率普遍低于普通再生混凝土(RAC);溶蚀后,PFRAC内超声波速显著高于RAC,且纤维掺量越高,超声波速越高;掺加纤维对溶蚀后RAC的溶蚀深度和内部pH值的变化均无影响;纤维掺量0.3%以下时,聚丙烯的掺入对溶蚀后RAC的抗压强度无影响;随着溶蚀进行,PFRAC和RAC的劈拉强度均呈线性下降,但PFRAC溶蚀后劈拉强度的降幅低于RAC,且纤维掺量越高,劈拉强度降幅越低;溶蚀过程中2种混凝土的抗压、劈拉强度均与超声波速保持正相关。 Using polypropylene fiber as the admixture,the accelerated corrosion test on concrete with 100%replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate was carried out to study the deterioration law of the performance of polypropylene fiber-reinforced recycled aggregate concrete(PFRAC)after corrosion.The results show that the mass loss rate of PFRAC is generally lower than that of ordinary recycled aggregate concrete(RAC);After corrosion,the ultrasonic pulse velocity in PFRAC is significantly higher than that in RAC,and the higher the fiber content,the higher the ultrasonic pulse velocity.The addition of fiber has no effect on the corrosion depth and the variation of internal pH value of RAC after corrosion.When the fiber content is less than 0.3%,the addition of polypropylene has no effect on the compressive strength of RAC after corrosion.The splitting tensile strengths of PFRAC and RAC both decrease linearly with corrosion,but the decrease of splitting tensile strength after corrosion of PFRAC is smaller than that of RAC,and the higher the fiber content,the smaller the decrease of splitting tensile strength.The compressive strengths and splitting tensile strengths of the two kinds of concrete are all positively correlated with ultrasonic pulse velocity during the corrosion process.
